In 2001, as I was trying to find the resilience to keep going after my near-death cycling accident, I knew I had to heal my mind to heal my body. The next morning, I started my mindfulness practice with my first Pause Breathe Reflect™ session.

Nineteen years later, with the help from my oldest daughter, I designed our first Pause Breathe Reflect™ t-shirt to help others find their resilience, gratitude, and the strength to keep pedaling toward a better tomorrow.
